YOU HAVE THE POWER

Different approaches for different outcomes

I believe that all individuals are the expert on their own experiences and have a natural capacity for growth. It's all about the relationship!

My role is to create conditions where clients can resolve issues themselves through personal development and exploration. Through a supportive, non-judgmental environment clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely, without being directed or judged.

We sometimes develop patterns in childhood which may not be helpful in later life and be holding you back. If unattended,  we might begin to store suffering in our bodies often resulting in depression, anxiety, pain and other conditions.

I offer a holistic approach including breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and yoga. As a qualified yoga teacher, we have the option to safely incorporate guided meditation, breathwork and gentle stretching exercises into sessions if appropriate.

Sometimes, a more structured approach is needed.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a versatile and effective approach that addresses the root causes of emotional distress by changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

CBT equips individuals with practical coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Techniques such as problem-solving, stress management, and mindfulness are commonly taught.
